This Information Notice has been prepared to explain how personal data is processed while using the www.ikinciadres.com website and the investment and project review platform available at harita.ikinciadres.com (“Platform”).
Your personal data may be processed by İkinci Adres Global Danışmanlık Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“İkinci Adres” or the “Company”), acting as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as described below.

2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected electronically through:
- Membership, contact and enquiry forms on the website and Platform,
- SMS-based phone verification and password reset processes,
- Project viewing and filtering activities performed on the Platform,
- Communications made by telephone, WhatsApp or email,
- Cookies, server logs and technical security systems.
Personal data may be collected through automated or partially automated methods.
3. Personal Data Processed
The following personal data may be processed:
- Name, surname, phone number and email address,
- Membership, phone verification and account access information,
- Account login dates, number of logins and session records,
- Projects viewed and the number of times each project is viewed,
- Region, price, square metre, floor, delivery period and similar filters used,
- Projects, regions and investment ranges in which you have shown an interest,
- Contact requests and message content,
- Commercial communication consent and opt-out records,
- IP address, device, browser and transaction security records.
To prevent unauthorised sharing of project presentations and images, the last four digits of your phone number may be displayed on content as a watermark, such as “İkinci Adres 9700.” Your full phone number will not be displayed on the content.
The Platform does not request special categories of personal data. Please do not submit health information, biometric data, political opinions or similar sensitive information through free-text fields.
4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Creating and managing your user account,
- Performing phone verification and password reset procedures,
- Ensuring account and Platform security,
- Displaying content appropriate to your account access level,
- Providing access to projects, presentations and floor plans,
- Evaluating the projects and investment characteristics in which you are interested,
- Improving user experience and service quality,
- Responding to contact and consultancy requests,
- Planning communication processes,
- Preventing unauthorised access and content sharing,
- Fulfilling legal obligations.
Information about the projects you view and the filters you use on the Platform may be reviewed by authorised Company employees to evaluate your interests and plan relevant services.
If you provide separate consent to receive commercial electronic communications, we may contact you regarding projects and consultancy services. Providing this consent is not a requirement for Platform membership.
5. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed on the following legal grounds:
- Processing is directly necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
- Processing is necessary for the Company to comply with its legal obligations,
- Processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a legal right,
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Company, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not adversely affected,
- Your explicit consent, where explicit consent is legally required.
Consent to receive commercial electronic communications and any other explicit consent that may be required will be obtained separately from this Information Notice.
6. Transfer of Personal Data
Where necessary for the purposes stated above and for the secure provision of services, your personal data may be transferred to:
- Hosting, software, technical support, SMS verification and communication service providers,
- Legal, accounting, property development and property management service providers in Greece, where requested by you,
- Legally authorised public institutions and authorities.
Access to personal data within the Company is limited to employees with the appropriate duties and authorisations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
7. International Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred outside Türkiye where communication, mapping, analytics or technical infrastructure services are located abroad or where service providers in Greece are engaged at your request.
International transfers will be carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK and other applicable legislation.
8. Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is processed and for the periods required under applicable legislation.
If your membership ends or the purpose requiring the processing of your personal data no longer exists, your data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymised, subject to applicable legal obligations and statutory limitation periods.
9. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- Request the deletion or destruction of personal data where the legal conditions are satisfied,
- Request that the correction, deletion or destruction of your personal data be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to an adverse result arising from the analysis of your personal data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

Requests will be reviewed and concluded as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request. Additional information may be requested to verify your identity and protect the security of your account.
10. Updates to This Information Notice
This Information Notice may be updated following changes in legislation, the systems used or the Company’s personal data processing activities. The current version will be published on the website and the Platform.
In the event of any inconsistency between the Turkish and English versions of this Information Notice, the Turkish version shall prevail.
