Founder | Mert Aydemir
Mert Aydemir was born in Istanbul in 1989. After gaining more than 15 years of experience in sales, communication, and management roles at several leading companies in Turkey, he moved to Greece with his family. He has been living in Athens since 2023.
Having personally experienced how complex it can be to move to a new country, make an investment, and manage official procedures, he approaches the Greece Golden Visa process not merely as a real estate purchase, but as a strategic investment decision that requires accurate information, proper planning, and reliable guidance.
During his time working as a Golden Visa Specialist responsible for the Turkish market at real estate development companies operating in Greece, he had the opportunity to work directly with many investors. Through this experience, he gained a close understanding not only of the sales side, but also of project development, area analysis, development company evaluation, legal processes, and investor expectations.
His purpose in founding İkinci Adres is to provide investors with access to a reliable, transparent, and locally experienced advisor for investment, Golden Visa, and property management processes in Greece.
